In order to have the Authorization to Transact Business for your out-of-state non profit corporation in the State of Florida, simply fill out the form below, and Florida Incorporator will prepare and file your business' documents with the Florida Department of State.
Please Note: The corporation must submit an original certificate of existence, no more than 90 days old, duly authenticated by the Secretary of State or the proper official having custody of corporate records in the state or country under the law of which it is incorporated. A photocopy is not acceptable. If the certificate is in a foreign language, a translation of the certificate under oath of the translator must be submitted. You'll receive an email containing the application and instructions.
