Corporate Filings Co. Refund Policy

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made by the client but before a research, name availability search, or investigation has been completed, Corporate Filings Co. will refund to the client the total order amount less a $30 processing fee.

If the order is cancelled after a research, name availability search, or investigation has been completed but before the filing document has been created, Corporate Filings Co. will refund to the client the total order amount less a $60 processing fee.

If the order is cancelled after the filing document is created, Corporate Filings Co. will refund the total amount of the order less a $90 processing fee provided that the filing document is not already filed with the appropriate governmental agency.

Money paid to Corporate Filings Co. that has already been paid to the government for filing fees or to suppliers is not refundable.

A $30 fee will be added to all checks returned to Corporate Filings Co. due to non-sufficient funds or closed accounts. In addition, a bank service fee will be charged on these checks.
